Refund policy
You can return any purchase within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund. Any items sent after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.
UK returns
To return items, please use the label included within the parcel you received from us, this will need to be affixed to your return parcel. Then simply drop-off the parcel at your local Post Office.
After dropping off the parcel, please send an email to customercare@talltogs.com with your order number, details of the items being sent back, including a postage tracking number so we can monitor your return.
A £2.99 return fee is payable on all UK returns. We’ll process your refund within 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel.
Items must be in the same condition you received them in, with the original packaging and hangtags still attached. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund or compensation where the goods are faulty.
We may apply a 15% surcharge on soiled items, or items missing hang tags. We reserve the right to refuse to refunds if returned items are not in sellable condition.
Europe & United States returns
To return items, please email customercare@talltogs.com with your order number, details of the items being sent and reason for the return. You will then receive a UPS label, and your return parcel can be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. Alternatively, you can use the UPS Collect service.
Please note, you may need to pay a surcharge if you miss your UPS Collect pick-up slot.
A €6.99 return fee is payable on all European returns and $9.99 return fee is applicable to all United Stated returns. We’ll process your refund within 5 working days from the date we receive the parcel in our warehouse.
